The Coshocton Rotary Club meets each Tuesday at Noon at the Coshocton Town and Country Club at 925 Cambridge Road.

Guests/Visitors: Chris Maurer, West Lafayette Rotary Club.

Mystery Rotarian:  Always wanted to be the owner of a men's clothing store... First car was a Chevy sedan... If he were doing what he loved best, he'd be golfing or dancing... If running for office, his political platform would be "I always follow the golden rule..."  His nickname is "Shorty..."  He is also a two-time state horse shoe pitching champion.  We definetly have a ringer in Harold Thompson.

Barb reported that Donna Johnson's 2nd round of chemotherapy treatments were going well.  All the cards and notes were very much appreciated.

Phantom Files
Jeff Eikenberry was the Phantom on July 8th.  Kathy Thompson was #3 followed by Dr. Don Tupper at #4.  The Phantom is a mystery greeter who secretly keeps track of who he/she shakes hands week.  The 3rd handshake victim of the Phantom receives a free lunch while the 4th pays a fine.

Gearjammer G'News
Rotarians who had signed up for a club committee at last weeks' meeting were fine free.  All others had to pay a dollar.

.333 Drawing
Shelly Lillibridge's table claimed the weekly drawing for a 3rd week in a row to collect $13.00.  The big jackpot now stands at $248.00 as 38 cards remain in the deck.  Don't forget, win the big money by drawing the Joker.  Double your weekly winnings by drawing a 2-eyed Jack.  Watchout for the Ace of Spades or the Suicide King, draw one of these cards and forfeit your weekly cash prize.

Program Assignments Announced
The responsibility for all the programs each month is the Rotarian designated for the first program.  If your are a monthly chairperson, please contact the other weekly hosts and confirm that they have a program for their assigned week.

Programs should be interesting and appropriate for the club avoiding areas of controversy, extreme points of view, and excessive solicitation for funding.   Please advise Casey Claxon cclaxon@noveltyadv.com and Tim Vance timv@ohioheritage.com when you have the programs confirmed (or at least pending) so this information can be posted on the web-site and included in our weekly bulletin.

The third meeting of each month will be the "Fun Program" (may be pre-empted for special occasions like holidays).  Ann Miller milleran@oplin.org is heading up this part of programming for the Rotary year so please notify her as well.  If anyone needs assistance or advice as to appropriateness of programs, please contact Tim Vance, Program Chair.
