Tim Rogers was the Phantom on October 21st. Greg Nowak was #3 followed by Dick Thompkins at #4. The Phantom is a mystery greeter who secretly keeps track of who he/she shakes hands week. The 3rd handshake victim of the Phantom receives a free lunch while the 4th pays a fine. |
